Thank you for contacting Portland General Electric about your lighting repair. I appreciate the opportunity to respond.

I have reported this light at Map ID/Pole # D5209A 2451 and assigned work order number M2280675 to facilitate its repair.

PGE's technicians repair streetlights in between outages and other emergency repair calls. If it is determined that repairing this light will require additional crew or equipment, turnaround time may increase. With it getting darker out, more customers are noticing and reporting lights needing repair which makes for a busier time of year for us. We appreciate your patience as we work to repair the light.
