Thanks to all have responded. Five have responded that they are available to attend a meeting that night. We will keep the July 1, 2020 meeting date. It appears that we will have a quorum that night. If you have to be absent for some reason, please send an email to staff as soon as possible. Some of you provide notice only to Chair Botsford. It is our preference to include Dan Zinder and me too with enough advance notice as possible. If we lack a quorum, we prefer to have notice so we can cancel a meeting with enough time to request the rest of the members to return home or not rush to the meeting from work

Good afternoon,
I just spoke with Chair Botsford. Given the fact that most are busy in this uncertain time, we decided to push back all June 3 meeting agenda items to our July meeting. We are already planning to have a public hearing for a proposed new
AutoZone store at the Cascade Center development at our July meeting. We will push back our work session items to that July meeting.
With the COVID situation and the cancellation of many summer events, I want to check all of your availability for the July 1 meeting. Normally that might be a time when families would be away on July 4th weekend early vacations. Can you each respond to this email to let us know your availability for a meeting on our regular July 1 date? If it appears we can’t get a quorum on July 1, I will ask if we can meet one of the other Wednesdays in July.
