Attachments: image001.png; Good morning Planning Commissioners: I spoke with Chair Botsford this morning about the need to cancel Wednesday’s meeting. Upon learning of staff’s recommendation for denial, the applicant for the Conditional Use Permit to use an “RV as a dwelling for a caretaker and watchman” on the Avison property at 535 W. Main has decided to withdraw the application. We may see another request in the future. This applicant chose not to have a pre-application meeting with staff before the Conditional Use Permit application was received in early January. The applicant intends to schedule a pre-app meeting before another request is submitted. The request for a 36-unit apartment complex near the SE corner of OR-213/OR-211 has been postponed to the March 4 meeting. City staff and ODOT have asked the applicant to submit more traffic impact information. We expect the applicant to comply. This will be ready for Planning Commission review in March. Preliminary Agenda for March 4: March 4 is shaping up to be a busy meeting with the following items on the preliminary agenda:

Yesterday I sent Planning Commission’s February 5, 2020 meeting packet link to you. Last night after I sent the link, I added page numbers to the pdf and also changed the name of the pdf file. As a result of changing the file name, it caused the web link to change. I am sending you the new link now. Again, no content changed within the pdf except the addition of page numbers on the whole meeting packet. Page numbers are a helpful reference to Planning Commission during their meeting.
