Subject: Planning Commission - Schedule Conflict for March

Gerald,

I have a schedule conflict for the March 6th planning commission meeting. The MRSD budget committee's first meeting is scheduled for the same day and time. The next two budget committee meetings are not going to be conflicting and they will also try to schedule any future meetings around the Planning Commission schedule.

Would you like to pursue changing the planning commission March meeting to a later date? I know that we are short on people so if you want to have the meeting without me, I want to make sure there are enough commissioners showing up.
