Good afternoon Planning Commissioners,
I hope you are enjoying the summer so far. Please see the link to the Planning Commission packet for August 7th.
You will review the Site Design application for a new Dollar General store within the Cascade Center subdivision you approved on June 5, 2019. This review will be focused entirely on Lot 13 of that subdivision – which is the SE corner of the new extended Leroy and OR-211. Dan Zinder or I are happy to answer questions you have as you review the packet. Feel free to reach out before the meeting, if needed. A couple of you have done for the past couple meetings. We welcome your questions.
I also want to take this opportunity to introduce our Planning Assistant Darlene Bishop. She started this new position at the City of Molalla in mid-July. She comes to us with several experience from her most recent job with the City of Mount Angel. She will be at the August 7th meeting, taking minutes. We are delighted to work with her.
