Planning Commissioners – Attached to this e-mail is information for the February 7th, Planning commission Meeting. We will be discussing the following as identified on the Agenda:

1. Agenda

2. January minutes

3 Findings and Decision

4. Window Transparency Section.

Kittelson & Associates will have a presentation and will do a summary of the TSP.

Also we will have a discussion about some Development Code Updates/Amendments. I attached the section that we will be looking at. When the Development Code was approved, it was brought up that the commercial window transparency requirement might be a little too high, so we are taking another look at it.
