Hello everyone,
Hope your Tuesday is going well. A couple of items I wanted to touch base on.
We are issuing you new ‘@cityofmolalla.com’ emails that will be linked to your personal email accounts. These will be displayed on the website, and allow you to communicate without having to disclose your personal emails. We hope these make you feel more official in your appointed positions as members of the Planning Commission as well. No need to take any action, this should be done automatically by IT services at Molalla Communications. They shall be “first letter of first name, last name @cityofmolalla.com”.
Secondly, my last day as an employee of the City is this Friday; I’ve taken a job with the City of Bend. I just wanted to let you know. We expect the City to fill the position shortly and someone else will be your ring leader soon. I hope that you all keep the forward momentum going with this new group, I have high expectations for the City and development in the near future. In the interim, City Manager Dan Huff and Public Works Director Gerald Fisher can be your contacts for the City. Their contact information is below.
