Revision to Chapter 13.08 Sewer

Revision to Chapter 13.12 Sewer and Water Extension

Need to do another work session on February 12^th. In that meeting we can go over Revision to Chapter 13.13 Surface Water (AKA stormwater) and also cover any unanswered questions from 13.02, 13.08, and 13.12. Unless there is something else on the list for that meeting.
