Just a few questions, clarifications. SDR = Sight Design Review? Correct. NOD = Notice of Decision? Correct. If we are going to disseminate this, it might be good to spell them out the first time they're used. Will do. Are there any notes or documentation about when $ Gen was told the SDCs were going up? Did $ Gen have to wait until March 2020 to submit building permit application due to complications with Cascade Center? Not to submit. Their SDR approval was final 8/19/20, they could have submitted any time after that. At what exact point in the process are SDCs calculated and firm? Once a building permit is received and deemed “complete” under the law, the application is forwarded internally for comment and Public Works calculates SDC’s as part of their comment. Do we, at this time, have everything needed to issue a building permit? No, we’re still waiting on their third attempt at a complete application due to lack of a light plan and expanded civic space in front of the building. As an aside, we cannot issue the building permit until the Final Plat is recorded with Clackamas County. But, even if the final plat had been recorded, we could not issue due to lack of the items mentioned above. What I'm trying to get at here is whether or not $ Gen is even ready to build. No. They need to submit the light plan and civic space expansion; and cascade center needs to finish recording their final plat. Leota Childress City Council President City of Molalla 503.829.6855
