Not sure what she is talking about. Gas tax was about $710,000 last year and I held the same for this year due to lower gas sales from COVID. Not sure where she is getting $200,000 from. Here is a budget breakdown.

Gas Tax $710,000
Veh Reg Fee $150,000
PGE Franch Fee $180,000
ODOT Loan $5,200,000
Other $2,000
Expenses
Personnel $412,900
Operation & Maint $563,700
Capital Outlay $1,700
Capital Project $5,450,000
Fleet Replacement $19,800
Contingency $228,116
$5,200,000 ODOT Loan committed to 213-Toliver RAB, $150,000 of gas tax committed to 213-Toliver RAB, $150,000 veh reg fee committed to 213-Toliver RAB, $50,000 of gas tax committed to decant facility, $50,000 gas tax committed to City Hall remodel, $160,000 of gas tax committed to street repairs, $15,000 of gas tax committed to sidewalk repairs.
Is she responding to something related to elections?

I apologize for having so many questions. The online budget, page 49 shows $710k gas tax and $180k franchise. I thought our gas tax revenue was pathetically low, we had talked in the past about under $200k.
So as I read the budget, we have a total of $890K coming in. While I realize that isn't much for street maintenance for the year, it is much more than what I have been talking to people about.
Am I overlooking or misunderstanding something?
