4. After termination of utility service, the full account balance including the fees will be

required before service can be restored. If notice is mailed as provided in this section, the City may shut

off utility service to the property 20 days after mailing of the notice unless the total amount due is paid

in full, but subject to the City’s compliance with the options specified in subssection C. (spelling)
