I may have not been clear when we talked about it back in early November or late October. My plan was to give a report in Dec for Nov and one at the first meeting in Jan for Dec so they are caught up through the end of the year. I can push it back to a report we send to them only electronically during the last week in December and then back to normal schedule in January if that works better for you. I will be handing out my report at the December Council meeting. The Ops report can slide if needed.

Gerald, you had asked me to skip this month and do a full end of year report in January. Do you want one for November also then?

Also, we will of course handle Council Setup, but I’m concerned about meetings that move, have odd dates, or extra meetings that I don’t hear about. Can we continue to have Christie or Darlene enter Work Orders for us? This will also allow them to get their special needs in, like projector equipment setup, etc. What do you think?
