Public Works unlocks the gate if needed. Other than that we are not involved that I’m aware of.

Subject: FW: More Info on Clean Up

I am unclear on the duties expected from Public Works, if any. There will be minimal staff on Friday, and I will likely be helping with moisture block readings and Irrigation startup on Friday.

Hey Team! Finally got the flyer put together about Friday. It is attached for your review. The plan below is designed with heavy usage projected and to ensure the highest level of safety for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic (us!).

Molalla Sanitary will deliver four 22x8x6 drop boxes Thursday afternoon. I will be on site when the delivery is made so that together we can decide on the best placement. My thoughts:

What will our individual duties be?

Thursday I will gather safety vests, traffic cones, and flags to have on hand Friday.

The flyer has been posted on a large number of pages on fb as well as the City of Molalla website. Please do what you can to share the information and ensure the success of the project.

Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise, I'll see you Friday. There is a 50 percent chance of showers and most cloudy with a high near 60. Be prepared.

Better Together,

Leota Childress
