Leota,

Both the City and DEQ have open violations against the facilty. They have chosen to operate despite this.

They were shut down briefly on Friday due to failure to pay their water bill and fill out their industrial users survey and have since been turned back on.

Me again Dan,

Last Friday I was contacted that the hemp plant was operating in some capacity. I was told there was smoke coming out the exhaust and the smell was back.

What did you find out about this and what was really going on?
