Importance: Normal
Hi Leota,
After review, we determined that the timing of the rate resolution would not be affected by the Ordinance. It will take us time to look at each account and transition them over so letting the Ordinance run its normal course works for us. Thanks Leota.

Seems I recall that an emergency clause was going to be attached to the ordinance. I see that the four in the meeting packet are set to be effective 30 days after adoption.
