Dear Councilors,
Attached is the revise Sewer code section based on comments received and the new Surface Water (Stormwater) code revisions for your review before our worksession next Wednesday. Please note that the stormwater section has some subsections language as the Sewer code and any edit comments I received on Sewer was automatically applied to Stormwater. Feel free to send me any questions you have so that I can be prepared to answer at the worksession. Thanks for all of your hard work on reviewing these materials and let me know if you would like hard copies printed and I will make that happen. I will have hard copies at the worksession.
Note that this is a big change regarding stormwater. We will get extra points in our TMDL reporting and puts us in a better position when new regulations start applying to us.
Regards,
