Subject: Draft Utility Code Revisions

I have Chapters 13.02 and 13.08 rewritten. Will start working on 13.13 stormwater next. Stormwater language removed sewer chapter so both will have to be adopted at the same meeting. Thinking about doing first reading one meeting, second reading and adoption at next meeting with emergency clause to take effect immediately.

Chaunee – rules about payment are still in 13.02. Thanks.
