At the end of the project. When we arrive at the point where we begin to pay back the loan they take it off the total. It is money we do not have to pay.

Mayor and Council – Just a quick announcement that our Wastewater Treatment Plant financing was finalized through CWSRF (Clean Water State Revolving Fund) today. We are happy to report that the loan comes with a $500,000 forgiveness package. Please let Gerald Fisher or myself know if you have questions.
