Hi Andy,

This is short notice for your crew and for that I apologize. I will be happy to enter a work order. The task should take no longer than 30 minutes. I’ll need some help today at 2pm and then again tomorrow morning.

It’s a matter of setting up tables this afternoon, then taking them down and putting it all away.

Christie, my preferred method is just to you enter a work order asking for what you need, where and when. That way if I get hit by a truck you will still get your help. And also I won’t miss it if there is some kind of abnormally scheduled council, commission or committee meeting. Sound good?
