The Council recommendation regarding the business license/day permit issue popped into my head over the weekend. It occurred to me that the code language requires a pro-rated business license fee of $50 after July 1. Which means food trucks can obtain a business license from now until Dec 31 for $50. This option is less expensive than the option Council recommended.
