I've been wondering the same thing. It may well be her. She posted a copy of the letter on August 25. Scott posted the letter on August 18, which is prior to the date on the letter.

 

There were a couple of posts of a "For the website" write up. I haven't found them yet but will continue to look.

BTW – As of 10:00am today, the DEQ violation letter Scott Keyser posted on Facebook Wednesday evening has not been received by the City of Molalla. The letter refers to a violation last winter (2019). Still would not be every month. And, why is Scott Keyser receiving information from DEQ that we are not privy to yet? We have had incidents in the past where a DEQ employee has provided Bear Creek Recovery information before we receive the information. This a problem. Did Mr. Keyser receive information for you know who? Is he connected?

Hi Dan, I didn't realize that we charge a liquor license fee. I know we "approve" applications but thought that was basically an endorsement and helped ensure Liquor Commission issued the license.

Jimmy made the claim that the liquor license fee was increased 233%.
