Mayor and Council – I wanted to cover a couple of items briefly that will be on your July 8^th agenda since I will not be present for the meeting.

Planning Fees – This item has gone through a previous work study session and includes a number of comments and clarifications from Council. Community Planner, Dan Zinder and Finance Director Chaunee Seifried will be available for discussion.

Temporary Food Cart Standards – We thought it best to develop temporary regulations to accommodate food carts in Molalla. Due to the shut down we have not been able to proceed as planned through the Planning Commission but intend to do so in the near future. These regulations allow the establishment of food carts in the interim. Community Planner, Dan Zinder and Public Works Director, Gerald Fisher will be available for discussion.
