All – Remember that we have a Council Goal Setting Session on January 30^th . We have found a place that offers all the protocol requirements you can think of at this point. What I would like each of you to do is think of goal items that we as staff will be working on over the next year and tie the project to a visioning focus area. I would like to invite our mid-level folks (Chris Long, Andy Peters, Cindy Chauran, Michelle Satyna) to join the goal setting even if it is just for observation and learning. Department Head call here. We can discuss more at our Staff meeting tomorrow.
