Hi All-

I would love to say the thought was mine, but it’s a concern of my events staff. There is an EOC conversation specific to events on Tuesday and it probably is good to let them meet first. You may want to have your emergency manager invite your events planner to the discussion. What I like most about this plan is that it allows me to continue fishing with my family past my lunch break. Having said that, I’ll probably be back by 4. Just let me know what you decide.

I’m not available for today’s meeting either but am interested in July 4 (and other summer events) too. It’s pretty hard for me to imagine crowds of hundreds or thousands gathering in under 90 days but maybe my imagination isn’t good enough! We haven’t cancelled yet in WL but also aren’t committing serious money to planning and supplies.

I completely agree with the coordination thinking. Thanks all - maybe a quick email from someone to all after if there’s a consensus?
