Subject: Playgrounds and Pools in Phase I Areas Changes

I'm on the LOC call right now and Gov's office just said that they are going to be making an announcement later today about the opening of pools and playgrounds in Phase I areas. Just wanted to give you a heads up to watch for that.

Gov. K. is going to have a press conference right after this call and there are going to be a variety of announcements.
