Subject: Face Covering Enforcement
Mayor and Council – In case you are asked or wondering on your own, the Molalla Police Department will not be enforcing the Governor’s face covering statements. This “requirement” is enforceable by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). There is nothing for a Police Officer to enforce. If an opportunity arises, we educate and inform only.
