Mayor and Council – You all may receive a letter (or, may have already) from the attorney for Bear Creek Recovery/Susan Hansen. The letter is particularly scathing and much of the letter is inaccurate. The other aspect of the letter is that it seems to be particularly designed to infuriate Gerald Fisher. You all obviously can do what you choose but I will suggest that you keep this matter close and not talk publicly about the letter. We are developing a response. In the meantime please also remember that in a day and age where if it is written or stated out loud – it must be true (this letter is not), it is imperative that we are clear with our community.
