Good Morning All,
Dan sent an email yesterday regarding the possibility of needing to reschedule the Council Retreat due to inclement weather this weekend. At this point, we are leaning towards doing so.
I’ve spoken with Hopkins Demonstration Forest and they are willing to work with us to reschedule, however, I need to respond to them by tomorrow. This will ensure that we are not charged additional fees. (Ebner’s, our caterer, is also willing to work with us.)
Dates available for Everett Hall are: March 2nd and March 16th.
Please respond to this email as soon as possible with your availability. This will help assist us in our decision moving forward.
