Mayor and Council – We have been approached by Pudding River Watershed Council Director, Anna Rankin regarding providing a member to their Board of Directors. We have not historically participated in the organization but all or most of our storm drainage and run off goes west to the Pudding River. We can talk more later but if any of you or you know of a city resident that is interested please let Gerald or myself know.

The board of directors is looking to fill a few vacant seats for the Pudding River Watershed Council. I'm reaching out to Molalla for interest in the Cities category. The following list is the set of stakeholders identified in our bylaws:
Agriculture (1 or 2) including business and industry
Cities (2) - one large and one small including citizen and neighborhood participation organizations
Citizen-at-Large (1 or 2)
Education Community (2)
Forestry (1 or 2) including industrial and small woodlands.
Natural Resource/Environmental Community (1 or 2)
Parks and Recreation (1 or 2)
Soil and Water Conservation Districts (2) - one for each county (Clackamas and Marion)
Tribal Representative (1 or 2
Water Districts (1) from either an irrigation or rural provider
We aim to represent diverse interests and a wide geographic area. Here is the area included in our operating policy
