Mayor and Council – You all will see on your agenda that there is a letter h under Executive Session for discussion of potential litigation. First, let me say that we do not have new litigation pending to discuss. Gerald Fisher and I (along with our consultants) have a meeting with DEQ scheduled to discuss our permit modification that we have been waiting for a response since early January. We do not know if litigation is a possibility or not, but we wanted a holding place to discuss with Council.
Let me know if you have questions. Gerald and I are always willing to chat about Wastewater!
