NEW WO#4560 [Utility_Crew]: requested by apeters. Promise Date: 12/19/2018 12:00:00 AM

There is a man named Ben Dye (bdyef@aol.com) who has made some Native American themed art work for the City. We have agreed to help with installing these. This may mean a few small concrete pads, or red-heading bolts in certain sidewalks. Please begin by confirming with Ben where they are going (in the field), and verify anything else we need to know to get the job done, then get some good work orders in place to guide and document our efforts and any specifics Ben tells us.

There is a drawing provided to me by Dan Huff on the kind of small concrete structure they are asking for, but be careful about viewing this as an "engineering" drawing. Verify the requirements. We may need to do a shop drawing of our own.

Note for red-head bolts the artists says the following: "I like to use Titen bolts by simpson. They carry them at Canby builder's supply. I have drilled 1/2" holes , so get 1/2'' by 6''

"
