Hi Jimmy,

I know Dan sent you the PowerPoint. Attached is the master plan draft Section 5 Recommended Plan. The projects start on page 5-15 for the collection system work and annual inspections. Phase 1 in first 5 year, Phase 2 second 5 years and Phase 3 is last 10 years. Page 5-16 contain the lift station work (Same phasing timeline) and the WWTP upgrade. Total costs are as follows:

20 Year Master Plan Costs (2018 $)

Collection System Improvements $13,191,200

CCTV (over 20 years) $ 1,300,000

Lift Station Improvements $ 1,659,500

WWTP Improvements $37,222,000

Total Master Plan Costs $52,072,700

Phase 1 Master Plan Costs (Only in 2018 $)

Collection System Improvements $ 4,403,400

Lift Station Improvements $ 672,500

WWTP Improvements $37,222,000

Total Phase 1 Costs $42,297,900

Dan & Gerald,

I am hearing a figure of $47 million for the plant upgrade. Can I get a copy of the documents outlining that figure and what it entails?
