We have received the executed copy of the MAO with DEQ. This resolves old violations and gives relief to our Total Suspended Solids limits. It also sets a timeline for completing the master plan and building the new plant. This is the second step toward regulatory compliance following approval of the Recycled Water Use Plan. Next step is completing the master plan and getting a permit modification. We have posted a notice to the website and Facebook. Thanks.
