I have reviewed the supplemental budget but find no backup/explanation of the changes. Will you please provide a detailed description of change.

Also, it was my understanding that there was going to be an allocation for Council Projects and I don't see that.

Councilors,

Here are your meeting items for January 24, 2018. We will be starting with the Special Council meeting at 6:30 pm to appoint Budget Committee members and one Library Board member. Then there will be a Supplemental Budget Hearing at 6:35 if you have any questions please call or email Finance Director Seifried prior to the meeting. At 7:00 pm we will begin a MURA meeting to appoint a Budget Officer and then lastly at 7:10 pm begin the regular Council meeting of 1/24/2018.

I know it’s a lot but the meetings should go very quickly.
