Attachments: image001.png; Microsoft Exchange Server;converted from html; The white hose is to bypass pump the sewage from upstream of the manholes we are replacing at that intersection and down Fenton. The pumping operation will only be during the day when they are working on the system and then they will make a temporary connection for overnight flows. The crews were back on site last week to finalize the potholing of existing system (make sure everything is in the right place) and they have been working on the sewer system this week followed by the water system next week. The following is a link to the project website which we will be updating with the two week look ahead schedule for folks who are interested. http://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks/page/fenton-avenue Substantial completion is scheduled for November 28th and final completion is scheduled for December 13th. Because they wasted 6 weeks of excellent weather, the County’s project manager and I have agreed that the contractor will not be allowed rain delays as an excuse for extending the deadline. There are consequences to putting us on the back burner and making my residents angry. We're also curious about why there has been no work on Fenton Ave. for weeks now. I know you have all those answers. Leota Childress Councilor
