Thanks Leota for responding to my funny. You all know my position regarding Facebook and Dan and Christie would agree that I just shake my head when I hear about stuff on Facebook. It’s one of those things I wish they would dis-invent. Sort of like nuclear and chemical weapons. See you tonight.

Awww, come on, Gerald... They usually put my or Jimmy's name and we check it out or notify someone. It doesn't come up often so we don't mind. I do, however, remind them regularly that they can call or email City Hall.

Dear Council,

We’ve heard and are looking into it. If you do chose to respond to Facebook comments please remind the folks with opinions on the matter that there is a place called City Hall where they can submit their concerns. And if they really want fast service then just send it to Public Works who takes care of their parks for them. We really do want our parks to be safe for everyone.

And if other things come up that they are concerned about and they can tear themselves away from the group chat then ask them to just send us an email or call us. Thanks.
