Mayor and Council – Halloween Downtown was a hit again this year. Many, many thanks to City Staff for making the evening special for so many kids and their parents. Our Staff from all city departments participated in the event and I believe the Community had a great evening. From Public Works Crew for barricades, office Staff (and their children) handing out candy and taking photos to our Police Officers holding children and genuinely enjoying the event.
