What would SDCs be on an attached ADU of 500 sq ft on an existing home 1550 sq ft?

Subject: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)

Hello,



There are special use standards for ADU in the City of Molalla.





The submittal would need to include:



* fill out a site design review application (attached) - The
application needs to include what the use of the building will be.

* Site Plan (11x17) - including an Interior Plan

* Building plan



If you are connecting water, sewer, or stormwater from the public
-right-way you need to fill out an right-of-way permit ($125).



There will be System Development Charges SDC's associated with the ADU
that will be calculated by are Public Works Director.



There will be no fee for Planning. I'm not sure what fee's Clackamas
County will charge for any permits.



Criteria below would need to be followed.
