We are unable to help with removal of Christmas decorations as you have requested. We do not have a fund to invoice for this type of work at this time. We have offered to help with the tree installation historically but that has not been the case for the last couple of years. I have attached the referenced posting for you. Again thank you. We did not know that the city was available to help us with the project. Next year we will coordinate better so we can utilize your city people. -- Connie Farrens PepCo Designs 503-759-5779
Hi Dan, we had an incredible turn out of volunteers for our after Christmas cleanup of the decorations. I am sure you have heard some of the interesting things that happened!! We apologize for some of our over zealous volunteers not being informed on what was to be worn when stopping traffic and working on equipment on the roads. Some of them just wanted to get the job done and did not ask for what was the correct way to get the job completed.
