Just a quick infomercial.
We conducted a field inspection on the Avison property (North of Bi-Mart) and it appears that 3-4 travel trailers, with occupants, all using water hoses fed from the Rainer Amusement building. Also, the units are discharging gray and black water into the storm system.
I am sending this to you in case Mr. Avison contacts you regarding utility shut offs and enforcement orders that will be pending.
