Hi Dan, I was looking for info in the Municipal Code and came across this. It was good for a laugh.

10.52.040 Parking on north side of Main Street restricted.

All parking of all automotive vehicles or tractors is prohibited on the north side of Main Street between Grange and Center Streets, on all school days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Ord. 209 §1, 1944)
