Budget Committee Members,
We need to Re-convene the Budget Committee due to the increases in our utility rates and planned projects, and we also received State and Local Shared Revenue after we approved the Fiscal Year 17-18 Budget. The expectation is to have the meeting on January 24th at 6:30 P.M. We also anticipate a 5 minute Special Council Meeting to re-appoint budget committee members that expired December 2017. The City Recorder will publish for the special meeting at 6:30 P.M. then at 6:35 P.M. we will hold the supplemental budget hearing. I will provide supplemental budget details to you by next Wednesday. Please let me know if you have questions ahead of time due to our time constraints prior to the scheduled City Council Meeting at 7:00 P.M.
