Is reading the Executive Summary sufficient preparation for the City Council meeting, or is there any other sections of the WW Master Plan I should pay extra attention to.

I know you have already done a lot of I/I seals, when would this reassessment need to be done?

Also, have any of the projects of Phase 1 already been done?
