Gentlemen,
I received many emails between Susan Hansen and Tiffany/Nina at DEQ. I have been through about half so far

Of note, Susan recently asked questions about securing financing and in particular the impacts of an active lawsuit on obtaining such funding.

Probably the most entertaining so far was an exchange with John Patrick and Tiffany back before our permit was renewed. John asked if we could have our total suspended solids increased from 10 to 15, to which tiffany responded that having just completed the permit writing training that they could not back slide. Another DEQ person chimed in and said even though they wouldnt adjust it (though, if we changed from bear creek to the Molalla river, standards for us hadnt really been set, so technically not backsliding in my opinion.) That we should just go ahead and violate it since DEQ wouldn't take any enforcement action for low level violations.
