Not sure if this has already been addressed while I was away. Section Street
is in rough shape and we do not have street maintenance fees to assist with
addressing ongoing issues. The street will likely need a reconstruction and
I can't remember if this one was included in the UR list of streets. Based
on the balance of that UR account for CIP ($0), I think that it will be a
while before we can take on another project funding wise.

Dan & Gerald,
Ms. Smith reached out back in October regarding this letter. After
discussions, it turned out this was something that Jennifer Cline had in her
to do list, and with her departure somehow the information disappeared. I
let Ms. Smith know as much, and that Gerald was in the middle of several
other projects at the time, but told her as soon as I had more information
on a timeline I would send it to her.

Have we made any progress on developing a timeline for the project? I know
we just fixed the 211 junction with Shaver, but apparently the rest of the 2
roads are in serious disrepair. Ms. Smith popped up on Social Media over the
weekend again. I don't blame her since we have not responded at all since
October. Please let me know where we stand with this.

Jimmy

Dear Sir:

Here is the letter that you requested I send to you. It was addressed
to my next door neighbor as we were both at the meeting but she gave her
address and I was busy talking with someone else. She found the letter and
gave it to me, I copied it and sending it to you. As you can tell, things
were said and absolutely nothing has been done. And i do not now or ever
wish to speak to that man as I find him to be quite rude.

I hope this answers your queries about the things I have said
concerning Section St and Hart Ave.

Thank You

Peggy Smith
