Mayor and Council – We are working on sending out the “Richwine” report to DEQ this afternoon. This report is the report we commissioned a couple of months ago as we all discussed. I am going to send you the press release as well as a link to the report today. I know there continues to be a number of questions and we will be working hard on those solutions as well as finding funding options.
