Hi Jimmy,
The original width curb to curb compared to the new future width is
essentially the same. Sidewalks are full width as before but now with street
trees and street lighting. The sidewalk will also be ADA compliant whereas
it wasn’t before construction. Parking will still be there but we will clean
up some of the parking in the future.
I plan to budget for and install parking marking to delineate parking stalls
along the downtown portions of Molalla Ave from near 3rd street through to
Heintz Street in next year's budget.
Regards,

Gerald,
Someone inquired today about the larger sidewalks on Molalla Ave, which I
assume is for ADA Compliance. Is there expected to be an impact on parking
after completion?
