Well, allowing Bear Creek Subdivision to drain to the Elementary School
would violate our design standards. No, that is not happening. And I am not
sure where Calvin found his info. The construction plans are not public at
this point and haven’t even been approved quite yet.

Dan,
We had a great meeting with Tony, Calvin, and Mark last night. I hope it
helps open up better communication between the school board and the city
council. I really appreciate teir time.

Calvin had a question about the drainage of the Bear Creek Subdivision.
Based on the plans, there is the appearance that most of drainage will end
up heading to the elementary school. Can you confirm this, and if so, can
you elaborate on any mitigation that either can or will be used?
