Just wanted to say thank you for the update yesterday and to let you know the byway group is very thankful.

I expressed the contracts are signed, and that paving could begin as soon as next week, but also clearly communicated paving would be dependent on the weather, requiring a window of several days with no rain. They understood and are just happy to be near completion.
