Christie, the system just generated the next work order for Banner stuff
(taking down the banners in July). I've added in all the detail we need to
make sure the Crew does things properly, based on our experience this
round. I think this captures it. Let me know if you feel it needs tweaks.

Coordinate banners changeout. By July 15th, Americana Set comes DOWN /
Molalla Set goes UP.

Ensure the following things get done before closing this work order:
-Contact Westling Tree Service, cut them a PO.

-You may use PO#1237 as a template and for contact information, but DO NOT
have the contractor use that old PO. Make the amount $1500.

-Ensure the Contractor has the latest copy of the instructionset found at
'\\dc1\public\Operations\Banners'. Send it with the PO by email.

-Find out from the contractor when they will pick up the banners (the
'pickup date')

-Ensure the banners slated to go up are clean and in the PAL building a
week before this pickup date.

-After the banners are clean, let Christie know so they can be organized
in the PAL building.

-The contractor will need to pick up the banners in the PAL building, so
they will be issued a key by Christie or Andy on the pickup date. When the
contractor is done they will drop banners off in the PAL building (using
their Key). Therefore, ensure the Contractor returns the key afterward.

-Once banners are down we then need to clean the banners so Christie can
organize them, and also ensure the next set is clean and ready to go.
